2018

Grand Opening

Tams House was opened in June, 2018, and quickly became a favorite among Plovdiv residents and visitors. Initially, its creators - Todor and Melissa, did not have the firm intention to start in the creative district, but when they found the location, they fell in love with the place and were not worried at all that it took them almost a whole year to renovate it.

2020

Multi Culti

Multi Culti is a familiar name to Kapana connoisseurs and has been a favorite brunch spot since its inception. However, since the beginning of this year, it has been managed by a couple and, in addition to being a late breakfast or early lunch option, it is also developing the concept of a wine and tapas bar in the evening. The menu is short, with a focus that is again slightly different from traditional Bulgarian appetizers. It is an ideal choice if you want to be in the heart of the city and the art district, but at the same time want to have a snack or enjoy your drink in peace.

Restaurant Valere

To say that Valere is the crown jewel of all Melissa and Todor's culinary endeavors may sound a bit exaggerated. But this is a restaurant that makes a serious claim to take the cuisine in the City under the Hills to a new, higher level. The concept includes accents from all over the world in the highest form of execution. Gourmet dishes with an author's touch and a blissful journey in search of good taste that will pamper the senses.

Since our grand opening in May 2018, Tams House has won great awards from food critics and many organizations.
